Habits create difference. And there are some habits I have witnessed/experienced in those who have grown in their lives.
Growth makes us geneuine.
We learn to skip over exaggeration of things.
We hold onto the inner voice.
We do things out of love & not for love.
We build and strengthen our little circle of friends and family.
We work on ourselves and also help others to do their work of art.
We don’t induldge into the good and bad, instead, we switch frquently to gratitude mode.
We love formal dresses, however, stay far away from formalities.
Gift yourself a choice of healthy lifestyle.
Get a degree.
Enter into a Job.
This is the way?
There is something more, something which needs to be filled in between?
There is something which needs to omitted to create more space in between?
There is no such sequence?
There is a new way ?
– Whatever it is you create or choose, go and live it.
Life has its own taste and texture when we set our own horizon, however, the problem comes when we continuously try to compare and scale our horizon with the skyline of others!
Comparison kills the very flavour of life. Inspiration fuels new energy into it.
I’m beginning with a combination of new habits, which may sound different, however, they are closely interconnected.
For the next 100 days I’ll focus on the habit of writing every thing, (small, big, trivial, significant etc.) noting down things which pops over my mental screen and tickles my heart.
And for this, the tools I’ll use is :
1.Journal/notebook : Take it wherever I go.
2.Small cards : Note down small moments of joy and drop it in a handmade box.
3.Expression :Express love and gratitude towards life and people through gratitude notes and love letters. Tell people how much they matter to me.
Every individual has a story.
Each story has some message, some lesson, some humor, some mistake, some love, some affection, some bitterness, some connection, some surprise and some dissociation as well.
What we remember and how we remember the stories on a daily basis frames the quality of our lives!
I forgot to count! And I also stopped counting days when I didn’t exercised as they were very few. (Aisa lag raha hoga ki main apni taareef kar rahi hu, uske liye Kshama Karein 😛 ;))
I’m glad to learn and work daily on cultivating habits which work in favor of my mind body and soul!
