I forgot to count! And I also stopped counting days when I didn’t exercised as they were very few. (Aisa lag raha hoga ki main apni taareef kar rahi hu, uske liye Kshama Karein 😛 ;))
I’m glad to learn and work daily on cultivating habits which work in favor of my mind body and soul!
Today is the 45th day of the 100 days workout challenge.
It all started with the goal to give 60 minutes to fitness daily. And slowly my whole being is addicted to this good habit.
Earlier, I was regular in doing cardio, however, with this workout challenge I have learned to mix exercise, strength training and cardio in good proportion.
I’m at peace with the routine.
‘The next time you look at a picture from your past, don’t think of how much weight you have gained but how many hours of exercise you have lost.’
Day 30 of 100 days workout challenge! Going good! 🙂
It’s been 11 days since I began with the 100 days workout challenge. Things are going well. My body is been excited to wake up and hit gym in the morning.
With my companion : water bottle. Keeps me hydrated!
Day 4: Hit gym at 6.20 am.
60 min work out followed by 5 min silence.
In the gym : 7 am
Time : 60 mins workout
5 mins silence.
Calories burned : I don’t care 😀
I cultivated the habit of daily running last year, however, I still need to work on exercising, strength build up along with the cardio. Next three months will be devoted to full one hour workout early in the morning, which will include combo of exercise and cardio.
I’ll keep updating about my workout here.
Today’s report : 1/May/2016 , Hit Gym at 7 am and tuned into 60 min workout (as this session suits me, started doing it before 5 days) with some modifications suggested by trainer. Like incorporating 1-2 min cardio after each exercise, reducing the no. of sets to 4)
Came out refreshed!!! 🙂
