Happiness is an attitude

Thoughts play major role in shaping the quality of life. We invite (attract) what we mostly think about.

Thoughts >> Attitude 

Think health, love, peace, healing, life and laughter. And it will become your attitude.

Don’t waste a single amount of energy in thinking about disease, hurt, pain, violence, death and depression. 

When happiness is our attitude, what will happen? For example -when we hear about the death of someone ? We will have feelings about the loss, however, mind won’t be possessed! As it’s attitude is of happiness.

Train your mind with thoughts which support you in experiencing life to it’s fullness!

    ~ When we are young and healthy and live in a secure environment, it’s easy to ignore the adversities of life.

    1. Rosa, I know you have seen and worked with people who have faced hardships.
      However, I see people who instead of all having all the luxuries and safety, have a very sad approach towards life.
      And there have been people who faced poverty for decades, have grown and proven themselves! The post is been an outcome of one such incident, where a potter family (with whom I have been working from past 2 years) were very poor, however, they didn’t accepted poverty in their mind. They worked hard to improve, it was amazing to know about their mental framework! And today, their pottery is one of tourist attraction point.
