Day 45 of 100 days workout challenge

Today is the 45th day of the 100 days workout challenge.

It all started with the goal to give 60 minutes to fitness daily. And slowly my whole being is addicted to this good habit.

Earlier, I was regular in doing cardio, however, with this workout challenge I have learned to mix exercise, strength training and cardio in good proportion.

I’m at peace with the routine.

    1. Thanks Bhanu, it took around 2 years to form the habit of daily physical activity. I began with the intention of doing it daily (how much didn’t matter) and then slowly mind and body became used to it. Any one can do it!
