Being silently different

What does being different means?

I’ve reflected on this question for long and what I’ve understood is there’s no such thing as being different on an outer periphery. The shift is internal, being different is whole together an inside story!

It’s about the choices we make and the habits we cultivate on a daily basis.

Like, in my case, I choose to wake up early in the morning by 4 am. Spend an hour in reading a book. Invest another hour on physical fitness and mental harmony (silence).

[This may sound like too much of self-boasting ;-)]

But I’m proud of my choices and habits. I feel content and joyous to see the continuous self growth every day. This has not happened in a day, it took more than a year to arrive at this schedule. And more importantly the change began with the change in the thought process, the words which I used to describe the events I wished to experience in my life.

Let’s make choices and nourish habits which raise our confidence and restores the glow of gratitude on our face instead of choosing a lifestyle which demotivates and leaves us with guilt and regrets in the end.

The magnetic packets

We attract what we dominantly think about on a daily basis.

Our thoughts are packets of magnets which attract people (and events) in our lives which support us in manifesting that thought pattern into reality. And we all have the ability to change our thought patterns as per what we wish to experience in the near future.

So, think about your most prominent thought. Write it down with pen in a crystal clear form.  Read it daily. Visualize it materialzing in your life. Do simple things, invest couple of minutes in taking required actions in support of your dominant thought.

Finally have trust and it will offered to you. Personally experinced.

Observing blank slates

People have so much to talk on politics and religion but when it comes to –

inspiration,
dream,
yearly goal,
challenge,
taking risk,
cultivating habits,
eating healthy,
watching short documentary,
sending hand written love letter, making a gratitude journal,
sky gazing,
being content

Suddenly everything turns blank!

Spiritual essence

As we learn to spend time with our ownselves, as we become one with the silence every day, as we invest time in fostering relationship with our own being in meditation – we experience an uplift in our spiritual essence.

We begin to see the world around and within us in two ways either alive or dead.

Whenever we come across people, animals, birds, trees, grass, insect or any living entity our whole focus goes in sharing a  drop of aliveness with him/her.

Death is certain- of you, me and us. So, why not share some aliveness with each other through love, appreciation, care and laughter!
