In the beginning of the year 2015, I weighed 65 kgs. And today, after nearly four months I weigh :
65 – 5 = 60 Kgs. Hurray! 😉
I began this year with an intention of cultivating the habit of early morning walk/+running.
The focus was (and is still) on building the habit, maintaining the continuity every day. The weight loss came as a by product! 🙂
These days, I’m talking to myself on preparing for running a half marathon by the end of the year. Let’s see how the things move by the end.
I’m also thinking on updating my daily routine, the little changes in diet and fitness I’ve been learning and implementing to make a healthy lifestyle shift.
