Jealousy, arrogance, inferiority, hatred, irritation, judgements, opinions, stressful thoughts, fear, anxiety – all knock my door.
I open the door and welcome them.
I sit, eat, stay, sleep and spend time with them.
I notice their movements and ruminate over their emergence.
And then they disappear, in a few hours or sometimes in a day or two and sometimes they stretch their presence for couple of weeks!
