2015 : One two and three

Happy new year! May this be the healthiest and happiest year for you all.

I have decided to focus myself on three things for the whole year. The three major things are –

1. Physical fitness
2. Mental health
3. Research

My every day priority for this year is –
1. Walking
2. Meditation
3. Technical writing.

I also invite you to set your focus and allow your life to revolve around that focal point.
