Uninstalling the irrelevant things

Even though we are not with ‘them’ (tools, objects, addictions, people) physically, but ‘they’ are in our minds – twenty four hours!

This continues until an unless we make ‘them’ irrelevant in our daily lives.

And how to generate this irrelevancy?

By doing things that are of immediate concern to us


By connecting with people who really matter in the present.


By taking a short break or vacation from the daily chores.


By daily meditation.
